iA Financial Group in Quebec is seeking a Business Analyst, Data Management to drive large-scale transformation projects and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes and data solutions.

You will translate business needs into backlogs, support testing and UAT, and help improve client, advisor and employee experiences across the organization. This role offers a hybrid work model and the chance to influence financial performance while developing expertise.

Competenze

• 5–10 years of experience in business analysis, transformation, data integration or process optimization.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and backlog items.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking with the capacity to simplify complex information.
• Excellent collaboration and influence across multiple stakeholders in large projects.
• Fluent in French with proficient English for daily communications.
