Aon Corporation invites a Data Analytics & Automation Engineer to join our Canada-wide team, shaping analytics, automation, and data platforms for Commercial Risk. You will deliver scalable reporting and data solutions that empower business decisions and drive efficiency.

Collaborate with analytics professionals and technology partners to design, implement, and govern Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and modern data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks, while advancing Aon's Data &

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, BI, or automation roles.
Experience developing solutions with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL and Python.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Services or similar platforms.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and communicate with technical/non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

Own the build, development, and delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
Develop scalable Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting capabilities.
Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
Maintain deployment pipelines and ALM processes across environments.
Develop and supervise scalable data pipelines and data ingestion.
