The role focuses on identifying conduct vulnerabilities, developing testing criteria, dashboards, and self-service reporting for executives, with a strong emphasis on data management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning, transforming and visualizing large data sets.
• Strong SQL and data management skills across analytics projects.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for reporting.
• Experience with SAS for statistical analysis.
• University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, CS or related field.
• 5+ years of data analytics with at least 2 years of big data analytics.
• Financial services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze employee and customer data to identify insights and opportunities.
• Develop testing criteria and dashboards to monitor retail sales practices.
• Transform and prepare large datasets for analysis and visualization.
• Create executive dashboards and self-service reporting for end users.
• Ensure compliance with risk and conduct frameworks.
