Job summary

Fidelity Canada seeks a Data Governance Specialist to establish, enhance, and maintain master data management, data quality, and governance across Fidelity Canada. You will partner with business and technology teams to deliver reliable master data, and promote consistent application of governance standards.

The role requires 4–5 years in MDG, familiarity with tools like Ataccama, Collibra, Informatica DQ, Snowflake, and SQL.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT, Business, or equivalent.
• 4–5 years in master data management, data governance, and data quality.
• Experience with data glossary and metadata management tools (Ataccama, Collibra).
• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, SAP Business Objects, Salesforce Einstein Analytics).

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain MDM, data quality, and governance practices.
• Partner with business and tech teams to deliver reliable master data.
• Define and document data standards, ownership, and stewardship.
• Support onboarding of source systems and data profiling.
• Monitor data quality scorecards and address issues.
