Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Data and Financial Reporting Analyst to support the Prospect-to-Cash Operations team in Canada. You’ll deliver BI solutions and accurate data stories for the Credit and Collections function, enabling scalable cash flow and informed decision making.

We’re looking for 2+ years FP&A or related experience, strong Excel and SQL, and proficiency with Tableau or Tableau CRM. You’ll present to senior leadership and collaborate with Operations, Data Engineering, and Business

Qualifications

2+ years in FP&A, Finance or related fields.
Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization (Tableau/Tableau CRM).
Experience presenting to senior leadership; familiarity with Oracle, Concur, Workday, Salesforce, or Coupa.
Nice-to-have: Python, Tableau Prep, Alteryx, or AI tools (Claude, Copilot).
SOX awareness is a plus.

Responsibilities

Owns recurring financial and business reporting for the America Credit and Collections function (KPIs, dashboards, scorecards) in Tableau, Snowflake, and Salesforce.
Delivers ad-hoc analysis and workforce planning, growth forecasting, and guidance to hit targets.
Leads end-to-end process improvements and automation projects with cross-functional teams.
Creates executive-level presentations translating data into actionable recommendations.
