The role requires accurate typing, MS Word/Excel skills, and reliable attendance. Confidentiality and ability to travel to KI community sites are essential, with training provided by the MDK Service Model.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of databases and IT applications.
• Clerical training/experience; MS Word and Excel skills.
• Accurate typing skills and data entry abilities.
• Ability to learn multi-step data-entry procedures.
• Personable, professional, reliable for attendance.
• English communication; Anishininiimowin language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter information into the KIDO mCase Database System.
• Collaborate with frontline staff on data-entry details.
• Manage hard-copy forms and upload to the database for quick access.
• Perform regular backups to preserve data.
• Follow KIDO MDK Service Model policies and procedures.
• Participate in all training provided by the KIDO Training Unit.
• Maintain confidentiality per Oath of Confidentiality.
• Other duties as required.
