PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Bariatric Data Clerk is responsible for the collection, abstraction, entry, validation, and maintenance of patient data for the Ontario Bariatric Network (OBN) Registry and associated databases. The role supports data quality, reporting, and regulatory requirements through accurate and timely entry of clinical information obtained from electronic medical records, clinical documentation, and registry systems.
Within this role, the employee is accountable for contributing to the delivery of Kingston Health Sciences Centre strategy and demonstrates a commitment to patient and family centred care, confidentiality, and data integrity.
