The Dietitian is responsible for provision of nutritional care of the Bariatric, Gastroenterology, and Chronic Pain Clinics patients’, including consultation, assessment and education. The Dietitian promotes and fosters a culture in which the staff manages patients with understanding and compassion. Responsible for participation in departmental, hospital and educational activities, which are supportive of professional and corporate objectives. Adheres to professional obligations as required by the College of Dietitians of Ontario. The Dietitian is responsible for delivery of care consistent with the vision and values of the hospital and the standards of relevant professional organizations.
