Job summary

Prolifics in Montreal, QC seeks a data platform engineer to design and implement Snowflake-based data warehouses. You will model data, ingest semi-structured and unstructured sources, and leverage REST APIs to enable real-time access for analytics teams.

The role requires strong SQL/PL-SQL, hands-on Talend experience, and cloud familiarity with Azure. Hybrid work with three days onsite in Montreal and a 12‑month contract term.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Snowflake and virtual data warehouse setup.
• Snowflake data modeling experience.
• Projects bringing semi-structured and unstructured data into Snowflake.
• Deep understanding of REST API usage.
• 5+ years Talend hands-on experience.
• Hands-on SQL and PL/SQL experience.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services.
