Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc is seeking a Senior Warehouse Analyst in Mississauga to develop analyses that improve warehousing and e-commerce performance. You will leverage data to influence decisions, align KPIs with goals, and collaborate with 3PL partners.

The role requires 3+ years in DC operations, experience with perishable goods, and strong Excel/Power BI skills. Collaboration with IT, logistics, and finance is essential for optimization and cost reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain or related field.
• 3+ years in DC operations and warehouse management systems.
• E-commerce experience is an asset.
• Must have experience with perishable goods and 3PL providers.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI.
• Good understanding of Regulatory Compliance.
• Building relationships and managing stakeholders through effective communication.
• ERP systems knowledge (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Engage in strategic operational meetings with L&S managers and 3PL partners to drive improvements.
• Develop roadmaps for workflow and process improvements.
• Align KPIs with directives and track progress to boost productivity and reduce cost.
• Execute analyses and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collect and review inventory data for accuracy.
• Report capacity constraints and provide driver insights.
• Support inventory count reporting and maintain count records.
• Report inventory write-offs and adjustments by category.
• Report on Inventory Accuracy and perform root-cause analysis.
• Investigate shortages and adjust inventories.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for supply chain processes.
• E-commerce: act as SC contact for E-shop team; monitor platform performance.
