Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Analytics, the Business Intelligence Developer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise business intelligence, reporting, and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role develops interactive dashboards, data models, automated reporting solutions, and analytical products that transform complex healthcare and operational data into actionable insights for clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders. The Business Intelligence Developer collaborates with healthcare leaders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to build scalable reporting and analytics solutions that support organizational performance, strategic planning, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role leverages advanced business intelligence technologies, data integration tools, and reporting platforms to deliver accurate, timely, and meaningful information across the enterprise.
