Job summary

TEKsystems in Montreal, QC is seeking a CRM Expert on a contract‑to‑hire basis. The role sits within the CRM Center of Expertise and drives the end-to-end CRM strategy across acquisition, retention and loyalty, including data activation and personalization, with a focus on standardization and best practices.

You will define CRM roadmaps, activation tactics, and oversee campaigns, testing, and governance to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM strategy definition and execution across marketing channels.
• Ability to orchestrate end-to-end CRM campaigns with data-driven personalization.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and journey orchestration.
• Knowledge of data collection, enrichment, and activation for personalized experiences.
• Experience coordinating with agencies and internal teams to deliver CRM initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Campaign creation: briefs, agency management, segmentation, data activation.

Description

The CRM Expert will report to the CRM Center of Expertise, responsible for the deployment of CRM activities, ensuring standardization, optimization, and implementation of best practices. They support the brand team in defining the end-to-end strategic direction across acquisition, retention & loyalty, to nurture relationships with customers through digital channels.

They’re committed to sharing best practices across the team to ensure efficient work whilst driving optimal performance, and closely collaborate with and consult the brand on CRM best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Strategy development

• Accountable for acquisition and retention strategies of consumer base
• Definition of CRM roadmap and execution
• Definition of data collection, enrichment & activation roadmap for personalization
• Activation of triggers, email, SMS, services
• Definition, design and blueprint for trigger journey design and execution coordination
• Planning & drafting cloud pages for data acquisition & enrichment
• Accountable for agency/dev execution

Creation of Campaigns

• Creation of campaign briefs & agency management
• Responsible for segmentation
• Responsible for data activation and personalization

Quality Assurance

• Accountable QA campaigns + Marketing
• Plan and implement brand A/B testing plan

Governance, Best Practices, Operation improvements & Recommendations

• Support & secure excellence on CRM execution and actionable roadmap per brand
• Execute and adjust CRM calendar across assigned brands
• CRM calendar recommendations on tactics and activation strategy
• Share and adopt brand best practice and recommendations
• Execute and adapt email Activation Toolkits (Templates, configurations, unsubs models etc.)
• Long-term ideal: more FTE to fully in-house execution

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Montreal, QC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $50.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
