This full-time, on-site position involves installing, configuring, and maintaining server and network equipment, as well as performing structured cabling. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of data center operations experience and advanced troubleshooting skills. The role offers a salary range of C$55,000-70,000/year and a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
3+ years data center operations experience.
Experience with rack and stack operations.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Tools
Data center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, CDCE)
Vendor certifications (Dell, HPE, Cisco)
