Vantage Data Centers in Montréal, QC is seeking an Electrical Technician to maintain and repair data center electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring high uptime and reliability. You will work with a team of engineers on UPS, generators, PDUs, HVAC, and building controls.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance, the ability to read plans, and experience with building management systems. Strong safety discipline and willingness to work outside normal hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in maintenance and repair of industrial electrical and mechanical systems (generators, UPS, switchgear, HVAC, BMS).
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical plans and single-line diagrams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and building control systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair data center electrical and mechanical systems to ensure 100% uptime.
• Respond to safety and emergency situations and follow procedures.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams to manage preventive maintenance.
