Carrier Climate Solutions Data Center Business Operations has an opportunity for a Business Operations Coordinator.
The Business Operations Coordinator supports the Data Center (DC) team in Edmonton, AB by executing operational processes and assisting with daily management tasks to ensure high-quality service delivery and exceptional customer experience. Reporting to the Business Operations Supervisor, the coordinator works closely with Business Operations Generalists, master schedulers, and project managers to help maintain smooth operations, accurate records, and compliance with Carrier policies.
This is an onsite role outside of Edmonton, AB.
The expected base salary range for this role is between $71,500.00 CAD - $121,500.00 CAD annually. The rate of pay may be impacted by factors such as the applicant's geographic location, market data/range, skills, prior relevant experience, job-related knowledge, specific degrees and certifications, and/or other relevant considerations.
This compensation includes components such as base salary, vacation pay, public holiday pay, potential estimated overtime pay and paid statutory leaves of absence. Additional benefits may include insured benefits such as health care, vision, dental, disability, as well as possible retirement contributions. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the province in which the applicant is to be employed.
This role may also provide the opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation in the form of annual bonus, sales bonus, sales commission or local incentive. If the role provides for an opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation, it will be based on measurable performance factors which may include company performance, individual performance or other key performance indicators.
