A leading company in recreational vehicles is seeking a Business Analyst for Product and Production analytics. You will support the transformation towards Snowflake and generate reports for various business functions. As a Business Analyst for Product and Production data domains at BRP, you will support the transformation of the company toward Snowflake and generate reporting and insights visibility for various business teams.
In this role, you will work with the product owner and domain lead to prepare our project portfolio, identify reporting and analytical requirements, independently develop business and technical requirement documentation while also leading in developing reports, dashboards and analytics to meet these requirements for business leads and data consumers.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Lead and participate in business-facing meetings to gather requirements and make recommendations around reporting/analytics solutions.
Support the Product Owner on the planification of our project portfolio while clarifying requirements for the development team.
Take part in designing, building, delivering and maintaining world-class People reporting for all areas of the business using Snowflake and Power BI (or other data visualization tools).
Collaborate alongside a cross-functional team (data architects, data engineers, BI developers, etc.) that is 100% focused on Product & Production Analytics priorities.
Work with the team in an agile methodology, ensuring there is a forward-looking roadmap for features to be delivered for the data product.
Participate or lead activities that ensure redundancies for the Product & Production Analytics function (documentation, automations, etc.).
Develop a deep understanding of the various business processes, data sets and data deliverables.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business Management or Business Analysis.
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in agile methodology would be an asset.
Working knowledge of BI and data warehouse concepts & terminology (Snowflake environment would be an asset).
Experience building or using reports and dashboards in PowerBI (experience in Tableau, Qlik, BOBJ or similar platforms would be an asset).
Knowledge of data modelling, data analysis, and data visualization using Power BI tools, including DAX & SQL.
Proven experience with business requirements documentation, analysis, validation, and methodology development.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Capable of prioritizing multiple projects while still achieving deadlines.
Excellent business acumen, with an ability to connect the dots and tell stories using data.
A detail-oriented person who is passionate about quality and enthusiastic about new technologies.
