Job summary

Richards Packaging Inc. is seeking a Data Analytics Architect to build enterprise analytics for sales, marketing, pricing, procurement, and supply chain. You will leverage advanced data engineering, BI, and analytics to drive profitability and informed decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

This role focuses on Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, data modeling, PySpark, and SQL, with collaboration across multiple business functions to deliver actionable insights and robust analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, data analytics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in data analytics, BI, or procurement analytics.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Azure data services.
• Python (PySpark) and data transformation/modeling experience.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure.
• Design data extraction/integration from Dynamics 365 BC and other systems.
• Build lakehouse environments, pipelines, and models with PySpark and SQL.
• Develop pricing, margin, inventory costing, forecasting, and reporting logic.
• Create Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and executive reports.
• Ensure data quality, security, and performance across platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Operations, and Finance.
