Job summary

PPI, an independent subsidiary of iA Financial Group, is seeking a mid-senior to senior BI Developer to scale BI operations. The role bridges business and IT, spanning data engineering, analysis and dashboarding.

You will contribute to a robust data backend, data governance and security, and collaboration with IT and security teams to meet business needs. Ideal candidates bring strong expertise in MS SQL Server/SSIS, Azure services, Snowflake and Power BI, with a track record of enterprise data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in data engineering, business intelligence, and analytics development, including leadership.
• Experience leading complex initiatives and mentoring cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable data architectures, tables and pipelines.
• Build data integrations and ETL/ELT processes across on‑prem and cloud.
• Implement data governance, quality, security and access controls.
• Collaborate with IT to align solutions with SDLC and enterprise standards.
• Enable BI by developing Power BI reports, dashboards and data models.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the BI team and stakeholders.
