GDI Ainsworth is seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our data-driven team in Mississauga, Canada. You will collect, analyze, and present data insights to support decision-making and drive business growth, working closely with senior analysts and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include creating reports and dashboards, ensuring data quality, and identifying trends and improvement opportunities. A strong analytical mindset, collaboration skills, and experience with BI tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
• Microsoft Power BI certification is considered an asset.
• Experience with data modeling, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of Python, R, or other programming languages is considered an asset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present data-driven insights.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Committed to continuous improvement and learning new technologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
