About The Role

We are hiring a Sr. Data Analyst with prior experience using Flatiron Health data to join our real-world data analytics team. This is a fully remote role open to candidates eligible to work in the United States or Canada without sponsorship. You will lead statistical programming and data integration efforts in oncology-focused real-world studies, working with claims, EHR, and genomic data to deliver high-quality insights and support decision-making in clinical and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of statistical programming for real-world oncology research
• Support study design by creating statistical analysis plans, specifications, and study reports
• Assess feasibility of real-world data (RWD) for defining patient populations and study variables
• Program integration of datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data consistency and integrity
• Conduct cohort characterizations and QC datasets for oncology studies within timelines and budgets
• Develop and manage automated pipelines for data updates and validation
• Deliver clear timelines, progress updates, and insights to cross-functional teams
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing statistical and programming guidance on complex projects
• Collaborate closely with epidemiologists and scientific teams to develop robust analytic workflows
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Prior experience using Flatiron Health data is a must
• Proficient in SAS or R, fluent in SQL, and skilled in using macros
• Demonstrated experience with oncology-specific methodologies, including survival analyses and deriving lines of therapy
• Strong understanding of secondary real-world data sources (EHR, claims, genomics)
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and QC statistical programs in support of real-world evidence generation
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Familiarity with study documentation processes (SAPs, specifications, technical reports)
• Experience with data governance and regulatory considerations in real-world data
