Laboratory of Dr. Joanna Przybyl, an early-career Principal Investigator of the Cancer Research Program, is seeking a Data Analyst to participate in translational cancer research. The research focuses on diagnostic and therapeutic challenges in sarcoma treatment, developing liquid biopsy assays, and applying multi-omic high-throughput methods to discover new diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets.
The incumbent will build bioinformatic pipelines, analyze high-throughput data, interpret results using statistical techniques, develop data analyses, acquire data from primary or secondary sources, and maintain databases.
