Job summary

Synechron, a global consulting firm, is seeking a Data and AI Partnerships Lead to accelerate Databricks partnership growth and expand relationships with other Data & AI technology providers. Based in the New York area, the candidate will shape Synechron's ecosystem strategy and drive joint go-to-market initiatives for financial services clients.

5+ years in technology partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem development.
Strong knowledge of Databricks platform and partner programs.
Ability to translate technology into business outcomes and market opportunities.
Based in the New York area preferred; other locations considered.

Responsibilities

Drive the strategic growth and maturity of Synechron's Databricks partnership.
Build and maintain relationships with Databricks alliance, partner development, and field teams.
Identify opportunities for joint GTM initiatives and client engagements.
Develop Databricks-enabled solutions and accelerators with Data and AI practice teams.
Sell Databricks solutions into existing Synechron accounts.
Build the Databricks co-sell motion with Databricks field teams.
Leverage broader Databricks ecosystem to create differentiated client offerings.
