Job summary

High Tech Genesis Inc. is seeking a Data Engineer – Snowflake to design, build, and optimize scalable cloud data solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Snowflake, modern data pipelines, Python, SQL, and cloud platforms. You will design Snowflake architectures, manage ETL/ELT pipelines with Snowpipe, Snowpark, and dbt, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve performance, cost, and security while applying governance best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data engineering experience with hands-on Snowflake expertise.
• Strong experience with Snowpark, Snowpipe, Streams & Tasks, SQL, and Python.
• Experience with dbt and ETL/ELT tools such as Fivetran, Matillion, Airbyte, or StreamSets.
• Knowledge of Terraform, CI/CD, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, governance, and query optimization.

Responsibilities
