Job summary

DashMart is seeking a motivated team member for a fast-paced, physical warehouse role at DoorDash. You will receive, stock, pick, pack, and hand off orders to Dashers while maintaining safety and food-handling standards.

You should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, thrive in a team setting, and work across shifts including AM/PM/Overnight. DoorDash offers PTO, health benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service, or food/beverage environments is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn basic kitchen skills and food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Inventory receiving and management: accurately receive and stock inventory and monitor quality and freshness.
• Pick, pack and sort: scan packages, pick and stage orders, and hand off to Dashers.
• Delight customers: communicate with customers through the app for substitutions and answers.
• Warehouse organization and safety: maintain safe workspace and follow safety standards; assist with cleaning and organization.
