Job summary

DoorDash Canada’s DashMart is looking for a Warehouse Associate in Ontario. You will pick orders from the app, pack them, and hand off to drivers while maintaining stock and shelf life in a fast-paced store environment.

You will help keep the warehouse organized, support inventory control, and ensure substitutions are approved with customers when needed. Health benefits start day one for full-time roles, with night shift pay premium and gym reimbursement.

• Be on your feet and able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Job description

DashMart is a store made possible by DoorDash. Customers order their convenience items in the DoorDash app, and our Warehouse Associates pick and pack those orders in a real, brick-and-mortar convenience store.

About the Role

• Picking and Packing orders. Pick orders that come through the app, pack the order and hand off to our drivers.
• Inventory and Spoilage Management. Stock receivables and manage inventory, including shelf life.
• Warehouse Organization . Clean and organize the warehouse.
• Delight Customers . Ensuring substitutions are approved with the customer.

Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location.Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
