DoorDash DashMart in Ontario is seeking Warehouse Associates to pick and pack orders, manage inventory, and keep the warehouse organized while ensuring smooth handoffs to drivers.

You’ll support substitutions with customers, be on your feet for long shifts, and contribute to a growing concept store within the DoorDash ecosystem.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Picking and packing orders as they come through the app and handing off to drivers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stocking receivables and shelf life.
• Warehouse organization including cleaning and tidying the space.
• Delight customers by ensuring substitutions are approved with the customer.

DashMart is a store made possible by DoorDash. Customers order their convenience items in the DoorDash app, and our Warehouse Associates pick and pack those orders in a real, brick-and-mortar convenience store.

About the Role

• Picking and Packing orders. Pick orders that come through the app, pack the order and hand off to our drivers.
• Inventory and Spoilage Management. Stock receivables and manage inventory, including shelf life.
• Warehouse Organization . Clean and organize the warehouse.
• Delight Customers . Ensuring substitutions are approved with the customer.

Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location.Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
