iA Financial Group seeks a Damage Insurance Agent (Auto & Home) to be the first point of contact for clients, helping them secure optimal auto and home coverage. The role emphasizes building trust, following underwriting policies, and delivering high-quality advisory services.

The position offers a hybrid work model, a generous benefits package, and opportunities to advance through an 8-week paid training program for AMF licensing.

Qualifications

• Requires AMF license or enrollment in training program (license not yet obtained)
• Ability to understand and explain auto and home insurance options to clients
• Strong communication, empathy, and professionalism

What You Will Accomplish Daily

As a Damage Insurance Agent, you are the first point of contact for our clients. Your role is to:

• Build personalized relationships with clients and create a climate of trust that supports the sale of auto and home insurance policies
• Follow the company’s underwriting policies
• Use your skills to help increase client retention
• Provide high-quality advisory service focused on clients’ real needs
• Collaborate with colleagues in a dynamic and motivating environment
