Job summary

- As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans within your assigned territory, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities that support sustainable growth.
- You will take ownership of your territory by proactively acquiring new customers, providing value-based solutions, resolving customer concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Through your market knowledge, product expertise, and consultative sales approach, you will help customers achieve their goals while contributing to Skretting's commitment to Feeding the Future.

The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially minded, and skilled at identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, and delivering solutions that drive business success. You enjoy working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and are committed to continuously developing your product, industry, and technical expertise. - Postsecondary education in Business, Agriculture, Aquaculture, Animal Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and provide value-based solutions.
- Experience managing a sales territory and achieving sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide customer and competitive insights.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
