AAI/CASS Corp. is hiring DA AVOP Operators to support airside and ground operations at Pearson International Airport (YYZ). We offer full-time, part-time, and casual positions with signing bonuses and opportunities for overtime.

Ideal candidates are safety-minded, reliable, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. We welcome applicants from logistics, transportation, warehouse, and related fields and encourage those with PURPLE/ RAIC or DA AVOP qualifications to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a physically active environment.

Responsibilities

• Support airside and ground operations activities.
• Assist with baggage handling and equipment movement.

• Perform vehicle and equipment inspections.
• Follow airport safety procedures and security protocols.
• Assist with aircraft turnaround support activities.
• Maintain safe and efficient movement in operational areas.
• Support airport partners and operations teams as required.

What You'll Do

As an Airport Operations Associate, responsibilities may include:

• Supporting airside and ground operations activities
• Assisting with baggage handling and equipment movement
• Operating vehicles and equipment (where qualified and authorized)
• Transporting operational materials between designated airport locations
• Performing vehicle and equipment inspections
• Following airport safety procedures and security protocols
• Assisting with aircraft turnaround support activities
• Maintaining safe and efficient movement throughout operational areas
• Supporting various airport partners and operational teams as required

Preferred:

• Valid PURPLE/ YELLOW RAIC
• DA AVOP License
• Previous airport, aviation, logistics, transportation, warehouse, construction, customer service, ramp, or ground handling experience
• Experience operating vehicles or equipment in safety-sensitive environments
• Knowledge of airport operations and security procedures
