Job description

Agilus is recruiting for a D365 O&F System Analyst in the Healthcare industry in a hybrid work environment in Mississauga, Ontario.

The System Analyst is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Microsoft D365 F&O. The analyst collaborates with system integrators, the application team, executives, and key stakeholders to ensure the ERP platform aligns with business needs and supports organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage system upgrades, updates, and testing with minimal disruption to operations while ensuring compliance with change management and security policies.
2. Stay current on D365 updates and features to identify opportunities for system improvements and optimization.
3. Oversee advanced (Level 2+) technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and integrated applications.
4. Mentor and guide the application support team, fostering skill development and effective issue resolution.
5. Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications for D365 F&O.
6. Design, configure, and customize D365 F&O solutions to align with business processes and goals.
7. Lead the implementation and maintenance of integrations between D365 and other enterprise systems.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements on time and within budget.

The successful candidate brings:

• 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 O&F
• Strong knowledge of ERP, Power BI, Electronic Reporting, software best practices and methodologies
• A team player attitude
