Job summary

Avanade in Canada (Ontario) is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support successful delivery of D365 ERP projects and managed services engagements. You will work with Project Managers, Delivery Leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and at the highest quality while focusing on client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in project coordination, project administration, or delivery support roles.
• 2+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, Finance & Operations, Supply Chain, or related Business Applications projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the ERP D365 Evolution team in delivering ongoing value and continuous improvement for client engagements.
• Assist with project planning, estimating, scheduling, and activity coordination.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, risk logs, and issue trackers.
• Coordinate project meetings, document action items, and monitor progress against key milestones.
• Support project governance and delivery management processes.
• Track project financials, including work orders, invoicing support, and budget monitoring.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, clients, and delivery teams.
• Assist with change management and change enablement activities.
• Organize and maintain project documentation and delivery artifacts.
• Escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to senior delivery team members as appropriate.
