Are you ready to advance your hospitality career? Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is seeking a talented and dynamic Full-Time d|bar Bartender who shares our passion for excellence and enthusiasm.

About the role:

d|bar by Chef Daniel Boulud is situated in Yorkville, Toronto’s premier shopping and dining district. With a view of Yorkville Avenue, this lively cocktail bar is perfect for pre- or post-meal drinks or as an evening destination with casual sharing menus.

The Bartender plays a vital role in providing exceptional service, ensuring guests are greeted promptly and courteously, and delivering efficient beverage service while adhering to legal standards and d|bar's service protocols. They must have comprehensive product knowledge and perform all service details to ensure guest satisfaction.

What you will bring:

We seek candidates with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, strong beverage knowledge (beer, wine, liquor), and the ability to perform side duties as needed. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol, confident, outgoing, and flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Continuous standing and lifting up to 50 lbs are required. Smart Serve certification is mandatory.

Preferred qualifications & skills:

• At least 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced, luxury environment
• Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English
• Additional language skills are a plus for career growth
