Are you ready to advance your hospitality career? Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is seeking a talented and dynamic Full-Time d|bar Bartender who shares our passion for excellence and enthusiasm.

About the role:

d|bar by Chef Daniel Boulud is situated in Yorkville, Toronto’s luxurious shopping and dining district, with a view of Yorkville Avenue. It’s an ideal spot for drinks before or after meals, or an evening destination with a menu of casual, shareable fare.

The Bartender is a vital part of the d|bar team, dedicated to providing exceptional service. They greet guests promptly and courteously, ensuring quick, efficient beverage service while complying with alcohol laws and d|bar’s standards. They must have thorough knowledge of all bar products and ensure high-quality service and attention to detail.

What you will bring:

We seek individuals with excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Strong beverage knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor is essential. The role may involve assisting in the absence of other bar staff. Candidates must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess Smart Serve certification. A confident, outgoing personality and a proactive approach are preferred. The position requires standing for most of the shift and lifting up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is necessary.

Preferred qualifications & skills:

• Minimum 1 year of previous bartending experience in a fast-paced, luxury environment

• Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English

• Additional languages are an asset for career growth
