Job summary

Enova Power Corp. is seeking a Manager, Cybersecurity & Project Management Office in Ontario. The role leads cyber security governance, risk management and compliance, guiding security strategy and project security practices across IT/OT while coordinating with executive stakeholders.

You will oversee incident response, security monitoring and a security-by-design approach for programs, mentoring PMs and coordinating budgets and resources for multiple projects.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in a related field
• CISSP or CISM certification, with willingness to maintain
• Expert knowledge of cyber security governance, risk and compliance
• Knowledge of Ontario Cyber Security Framework
• PMP or equivalent with willingness to maintain
• Experience with SDLC and security review gates
• Familiarity with energy sector business context

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain cyber security governance, policies and roadmap
• Lead regulatory compliance with Ontario Cyber Security Framework
• Direct cyber security risk management across IT/OT
• Oversee security monitoring and incident response
• Embed security-by-design in project delivery
• Mentor project leads and junior project managers
