Job summary

Blue Moon Metals Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to join the IT & Cybersecurity function at the Toronto headquarters. The role covers monitoring, assessing, and strengthening security for IT systems and OT/ICS environments across offices, project sites, and mining operations.

You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to implement controls aligned to NIST CSF 2.0 and IEC 62443, supporting the company's cybersecurity maturity program and risk management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience applying NIST CSF 2.0 and IEC 62443 in IT/OT environments.
• Familiarity with SIEM/EDR/XDR and vulnerability management tooling.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate risk clearly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security events across IT and OT environments and respond to incidents.
• Administer security tooling including SIEM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability scanners.
• Coordinate vulnerability remediation across IT and ICS/SCADA assets.
• Design and improve security controls aligned to NIST CSF 2.0 and IEC 62443.
• Contribute to policies, standards, and site-specific controls.
• Support IAM activities and conduct risk assessments/audits.
• Assist with incident response planning and post-incident reporting.
• Deliver security awareness content to employees and contractors.
• Maintain documentation of security architecture and asset inventories.
