Wepoint is seeking a CyberArk L2 Expert to reinforce its CyberArk team. The assignment focuses on day-to-day CyberArk operations, production support and service continuity, working closely with infrastructure, security and application teams.

The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on CyberArk PAM experience, the ability to work autonomously in a critical production environment, and a track record of contributing to continuous improvement of security operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CyberArk Privileged Access Management experience.
• Experience supporting CyberArk environments in production.
• Understanding of CyberArk components and interactions.
• Experience with incident troubleshooting and operational support.

Responsabilités

• Provide Level 2 operational support for CyberArk platform.
• Handle incidents, service requests and routine activities.
• Investigate and troubleshoot platform-related issues.
• Maintain day-to-day administration of CyberArk environment.
• Contribute to platform stability and service continuity.
• Participate in change and production activities.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 3 when needed.
• Document procedures and collaborate with teams.
