Job summary

Manulife is seeking a CyberArk Operations Analyst to join the Privileged Access Services Operations team in a hybrid Toronto-based role. You will manage day-to-day CyberArk/PAM operations, incidents, and service requests, coordinating with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions and continuous service improvements.

You will troubleshoot CyberArk issues, document actions, and participate in process improvements, contributing to a secure, efficient privileged access

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in cybersecurity operations, IAM, PAM, or IT operations.
• 2-5 years hands-on with CyberArk solutions and PAM processes.
• Experience with ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or similar.
• Understanding of incident management, request fulfillment, and SLA-driven support models.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for CyberArk and PAM services.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and operational tasks per SLAs.
• Monitor service health and onboard/maintain privileged accounts.
• Document activities and resolutions in ticketing systems.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve CyberArk-related issues.
• Collaborate with engineering for complex issues and upgrades.
• Support privileged access requirements with business and tech stakeholders.
• Maintain operational procedures, knowledge articles, and support docs.
