EY in Toronto is seeking a Manager for Cyber Threat Readiness to join our consulting team. You will lead multi-client engagements, develop and deliver cybersecurity programs, and actively build internal and external relationships across public and private sectors.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or master's degree in Information Security, Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' knowledge and hands-on experience in incident response, threat detection, vulnerability management, governance, network security, risk/compliance, data protection and related areas.
• Solid knowledge of commonly used cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans; proficient in project management and budgeting.
• Creative thinker with willingness to learn and work with new tools for readiness content.
• French/English bilingual skills are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, execute, analyze, and report Cyber Threat Simulation exercises at all organizational levels.
• Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals with guidance and mentorship.
• Develop and contribute to cybersecurity playbooks and combined technical/advisory work.
• Support facilitation of cyber response training across organization levels.
• Oversee post-incident response and crisis management investigations to improve future resilience.
• Ensure high quality work and review outputs with the team.
• Stay updated on emerging threats, industry practices, and regulatory requirements to enhance EY's cybersecurity posture.
• Prepare weekly status meetings, monitor progress, manage risks, and inform key stakeholders.
• Develop detailed financial metrics for engagements, manage resources, and flag budget risks.
• Continuously learn and apply knowledge in consulting services, including cyber assessments, network security, threat detection, and cloud security.
