Job summary

Concordia University is seeking a Project Manager for Cyber Security in Montreal. This temporary 24-month contract reports to the Director, Project Portfolio Management and coordinates large IT initiatives with multiple sponsors and stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, 7+ years leading large IT projects with 3+ years in cybersecurity. Strong leadership and bilingual English/French capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing large IT projects, with 3+ years in cybersecurity projects.
• PMP certification is an asset; knowledge of project management techniques and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large IT projects with budgets over $1M from pre- to post-implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project scope, budget and schedule; report to PSC and sponsors.
