Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Cyber Program Manager to lead a large-scale cybersecurity initiative that supports the integration of an acquired organization. This program leadership role oversees multiple project managers, drives governance, and ensures delivery across a broad cybersecurity landscape.

The ideal candidate has proven experience guiding enterprise cyber programs, strong stakeholder management, and a background in financial services or related sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large enterprise cybersecurity programs.
• Ownership of complex, multi-workstream programs with PMs reporting into the initiative.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management across technology, business, risk, and executive teams.
• Background delivering programs within large enterprise environments, ideally Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of a major cyber program tied to an enterprise integration initiative.
• Coordinate project managers and cross-functional workstreams.
• Facilitate discussions with technology, business, security, and risk stakeholders.
• Drive governance, roadmap planning, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, and overall delivery health.
