The position requires at least 3 years of related experience and a High School/GED with an Associates degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience
• High School/GED or equivalent required
• Associates degree or post-secondary education preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain excellent, direct working relationship with the client and carriers.
• Prioritize and complete work according to client needs and customs requirements.
• Create and maintain the client tariff database and ensure data accuracy.
• Verify documentation for release conditions and rating compliance.
• Create and adhere to client SOPs and ESPs.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and productivity.
• Ensure timely release and rating of shipments for assigned client base.
• Provide guidance to Release Operations members for accurate processing.
