The Role

As a Customer Technology Advisor, you will be a key member of our Go-To-Market team, specializing in SASE, Network Security, and Cloud Security. You will collaborate with Kyndryl Consult Partners and customers, leveraging your expertise to drive opportunities and exceed expectations. Your role involves delivering engaging demos and presentations, supporting sales and delivery activities, and developing profitable, innovative solutions.

You will also coordinate pre-sales processes, build relationships with external partners, and showcase your technical and business acumen to provide tailored solutions to our clients.

Who You Are

  • 10-12 years of experience selling technical solutions in multi-industry settings
  • Deep knowledge of Security Services and related solutions
  • Proven ability to translate technical knowledge into customer insights
  • Experience in consultative selling and recognized expertise with relevant certifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to collaborate internationally
