Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company, is seeking a Bilingual (English/French) Customer Support Specialist for its Toronto Branch in Milton, ON. You will build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service using our world-class technology.

This full-time, on-site role offers strong training, growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits. Pay ranges from $35 to $40 per hour with potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/French (fluent in both verbal and written forms).
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
• On-site, full-time position at Toronto Branch in Milton, Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
