Job summary

Astro Towing is seeking a Customer Support Agent to greet customers, gather information, and provide reassuring assistance for towing and roadside needs. This role offers full training and growth into Dispatcher responsibilities as you gain experience.

You’ll work at the vehicle compound, help at the front counter, manage inquiries, and coordinate access and documentation, with a 24/7 shift pattern including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

We’re looking for a compassionate, calm, and dependable individual to join our team at Astro Towing as a Customer Support Agent, with the opportunity to grow into a Dispatcher role over time. No towing or dispatch experience? No problem — we provide full training to help you build your skills and confidence.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the reassuring voice on the other end of the line when someone needs help. You’ll gather information, offer support, and make sure the right assistance gets to the right place.

You’ll also help oversee the administrative and customer service functions of our vehicle compound, serving as a key point of contact for customers visiting in person. This includes assisting at the front counter, coordinating vehicle access, and ensuring documentation is handled in accordance with legislation and company policy.

With experience and training, you’ll have the opportunity to take on Dispatcher responsibilities, coordinating field teams and helping keep operations running smoothly.

This is a 24/7 shift-based role, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
