Customer Supply Chain Support

Location: 4025 Finch Rd, Modesto, CA 95357

Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

Hours: 10 - 28 hours/week

Overview

As a Part-time Customer Supply Chain Support, you will perform various activities to support the customer's supply chain and enhance onsite business performance. This entry-level role offers an opportunity to develop experience in customer relationship management and operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and coordinate resources for customer requests
• Manage inventory
• Place and fulfill orders
• Receive and ship inventory
• Execute inventory fulfillment within the customer facility
• Source and quote new and existing products
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and implement new business processes
• Report and monetize the value of supply chain activities to the customer

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Currently pursuing or possess a degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management or equivalent industry experience
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Proficient in computer skills
• Strong math skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency
• Motivated, self-directed, and customer service-oriented
• Comfortable in a sales-oriented environment
• Aligns with core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
• Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing 25-50 lbs, up to 75 lbs
• Pass a drug screen (applicable in US, Puerto Rico, Guam)
