About VO2 Master

VO2 Master is the the world’s leading portable VO2 Analyzer with a strong international brand. Our flagship product accurately measures metrics such as VO2 Max, a strong indicator of cardiorespiratory fitness and longevity. Our products are used world-wide by leading professional athletes and teams, coaches, universities and wellness clinics. Our company is experiencing rapid growth as the industry shifts to portable metabolic analysis and we are looking to add to our dynamic team. Our headquarters are based in Vernon, BC.

About you:

We are looking for a person to work as part of our Customer Success Team. Practical experience in any of the following the follow industries and professions will be an asset for this role: sports coaching, health and wellness coach, exercise science / physiology.

The successful candidate will be engage with customer by various methods (phone, email, zoom) with respect to product training / onboarding, data analytics, protocol design, and application of results. The job also involves taking on some basic aspects of technical support.

An outgoing personality and comfort talking with people is critical for the job. Future roles may involve travel for tradeshows and to provide customers with executive onboarding / product training.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support

  • Work as part of a team in a high paced office environment
  • Develop a high level of Product Knowledge
  • Inbound support cases - by email, zoom calls. Helping customers with product proficiency, test interpretation, diagnostics.
  • Outbound support - Contact points directly following purchase and at 11 months to ensure the customer has all the information required to be successful with their product.
  • Outbound support - provide quotes and process 'service deals'

2. Administrative duties

  • Learning how to navigate and update the CRM system. Full training will be required and experience with CRMs is not a job requirement.
  • Proficient in Paypal and invoicing
  • Candidate needs to be computer proficient, handy in excel and other software applications.

Extensive training will be provided for this role.

Qualifications:

A post secondary education Health, Fitness, Kinesiology is considered an asset for this job. Fitness trainer certification and/or Exercise Physiology cert is also an asset (e.g. CPT, CSCS, BCRPA, NCSM, CSEP etc).

Pay: $50,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
