You will handle inbound calls, use ServiceTitan to enter details, coordinate with technicians and dispatch, and strive to maximize bookings while maintaining high quality interactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Familiarity with residential HVAC/plumbing/home services preferred.
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar CRM/dispatch platforms.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard software tools.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism.
• Book and reschedule service appointments and confirm bookings.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information in systems.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Follow call-handling procedures and Nexstar booking practices.
