We are seeking an Customer Success Specialist to play a vital role in the ongoing support of long-tail partner accounts, working closely with a variety of internal teams including the greater Account Management Team, Tech Solutions and Yield while contributing to the Partner Success team's overall success. This role involves addressing partner inquiries, configuring partner accounts, managing inbound requests, and actively seeking partner growth opportunities.
