Job summary

NutraMate Technologies Inc. in Saskatoon seeks a Customer Success/Onboarding Specialist to own the onboarding journey for pharmacy clients, setting up coordination, training, and first-week success milestones.

You will be the voice of support by phone and in-platform messaging, monitor accounts proactively, and translate recurring questions into documentation and product feedback.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success, onboarding, or pharmacy operations.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Pharmacy or healthcare software experience a strong plus.
• Calm under pressure; organized across many accounts.
