Overview
Enaimco is looking for an energetic, adaptable, and product-focused Customer Success (Onboarding) to join our team in St. John’s, Newfoundland. This on-site role is all about driving a seamless, high-impact first experience for our clients as they begin their journey with Enaimco’s Operational Twin software. You'll be responsible for onboarding new users, configuring client applications, managing data loading and implementation workflows, and ensuring rapid product adoption across teams.
This is a multi-faceted role for someone who thrives on variety, is a natural problem-solver, and enjoys wearing many hats. You'll work across teams, engage directly with clients, and be instrumental in setting the tone for long-term customer success. Experience in SaaS, customer onboarding, and implementation is key, and you should love working in a fast-moving, agile environment where priorities evolve and collaboration is everything.
